Outstanding anthropology students, faculty, and alumni are invited to join Lambda Alpha National Anthropology Honor Society. The ²Ø¾«¸ó chapter, Gamma of Kentucky, was chartered in 1996.
Requirements for student membership include:
²Ø¾«¸ó anthropology alumni may apply for membership with proof that they are professional anthropologists and payment of one-time life membership dues of $25.
A student who meets the above criteria may apply for membership after receiving fall or spring semester grades. A framed copy of the ²Ø¾«¸ó Gamma Chapter of Kentucky charter hangs near the departmental office in Landrum. A list of all current ²Ø¾«¸ó student, alumni, and faculty members appears on the .
